Why Most People Fail With Big Goals

Here's a sobering statistic:
92% of people who set goals don’t achieve them.

…but why?

Traditional advice tells us to write a list of goals and push ourselves forward.

That’s a great start, but this is not necessarily lasting or sustainable.

After spending a decade pursuing goals around the globe and working with hundreds of clients over the years, I've seen a common ground among those who consistently meet their big goals.

This led me to, what I believe, is the #1 reason why most people fail with their goals. In fact, it's so subtle that it goes mostly unnoticed...

In my experience, the #1 reason why most people fail with their goals is that they underestimate the necessary inner change.

It's very much like an elastic band: the moment you stretch it, it’s bound to snap back to the same place. The stretching process moves it somewhere, but then it pulls itself back to the baseline.

Most goal-attainment efforts (especially those involving big goals) are like stretching an elastic band. For a while, things seem to be working and you’re making strides, but then SNAP, you're back to normal—back to your baseline default.

For this reason, I created 🎯 Attain Bigger Goals, a 21-day roadmap goes beyond the traditional goal-setting process and, among other topics, includes:

🔺 Shifting Your Identity
🔺 Changing limiting beliefs
🔺 Reprograming Subconscious
🔺 Transforming Fears
🔺 Instilling Smart Habits
🔺 Uncovering Your Essence
🔺 Upleveling Boundaries
🔺 Integrating Shadows
🔺 Creating an Empowering Environment
🔺 Maintaining Consistency
